Once upon a time in Cyndarion lay magic, wizardry and swordplay as ubiquitous as sunlight itself. Ruled by King Altair with great compassion, Cyndarion flourished under peace and prosperity due to a legendary alliance between Order of Silver Crescent and Knights of Azure Moon.
One day, an old prophecy emerged that foretold of an evil sorceress known as The Blackened Rose who would threaten the balance of their realm with her dark magicks – or so said King Altair in charge of protecting against such doom-laden predictions. King Altair charged both Order and Knights to guard their kingdom from this impending doom.
Curse of the Blackened Rose
Prophecies were fulfilled as Blackened Rose appeared, unleashing her curse upon Cyndarion that caused irreparable harm to its inhabitants and land. To face her down and protect their homelands against further degradation by sorceress’ dark forces, The Order and Knights joined together and embarked upon an perilous journey toward her fortress.
As battle raged on, only Eamon and Seraphine, an archwizard and knight-commander respectively, managed to remain standing. Together they devised an unconventional plan in order to defeat Blackened Rose: Seraphine would engage her in an epic duel while Eamon used an old incantation spell against its spellbinding effects.
Final Confrontation and the Restoration of Cyndarion
Eamon and Seraphine made an incursion into Cyndarion’s dark fortress and met Blackened Rose head on in her throne room, fighting a pivotal battle which resulted in Seraphine making a heroic sacrifice in order to save Eamon; breaking his curse and returning Cyndarion back to its former glory.
Eamon and Seraphine’s victory marked an end to an age of darkness; Eamon was heralded as heroes while Seraphine stood as his queen. Their deaths symbolized that darkness could always return at any moment and reminded everyone in both orders that their alliance must remain vigilant against any possible threats to their kingdom.
